Take a look at my gallery of sushi platters over the years. You can see a lot of improvement in how much rice is used and how neat the rolls look. I definitely used to experiment more with different types of sushi rolls. It’s easy to get into a groove of just making the same rolls that I love each time. Looking at these images makes me excited to try and be more experimental again!
